Refund Policy

At ChickaBee Pottery, we take great pride in the unique, handmade nature of each piece we create. Since our pottery is one-of-a-kind, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on items unless they are damaged or defective. Please note that due to the handmade process, it may be impossible to recreate an exact duplicate of any piece.

Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect every piece before it is shipped, but in the rare case that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit. To help us process your claim efficiently, please send clear photos of the damage, including the packaging and the box it arrived in, along with your order details. We will assist you promptly.

Please note:
Since all pieces are handmade, no two items are identical. Slight variations in color, glaze, size, or texture are natural and part of the charm of handmade goods. These variations should not be considered defects.
